Ta da!!!! Finally one sleeve is completed. Yippeee!!!!
Now, I just need to finish another sleeve and I feel I might run into a little bit of a problem in that, this is how much yarn I have left...
So, who things that this is enough yarn to make a 11" long sleeve that is 8" at is smallest width and 11" at it's biggest????

Looks like you have enough of the purple and light pink. It might be close on the bright pink though.

My guess is "nope." No way. No can do. Perhaps the yarn elves will come to your house in the night and spin more for you so you can finish! hahahaha
Of course, if you check my blog and the lovely alpaca sock - that actually WAS completed - with about 3 yards of yarn to spare!!!

Have you tried weighing it? Weigh the sleeve and then the yarn left. Won't tell you if you have the right proportions, but it's something...
