A yarn party you're dyeing to attend
My knitty friend, Maryann, had a whole bunch of the knitting girls over for brunch today. She had been inspired by new knitpicks line of dyeable yarn to have a party and dye yarn. First, Maryann, had the best brunch. Mmmm. Creme Brulee french toast, fritatta, scones, grapefruit with mint sugar. Mmmmm. It was an amazing spread. Almost forgot the Cheesecake from McArthurs for dessert. Thank you Maryann!!!!Then we got to the fun part. Kool-aid dying yarn. We must have had a million packets of koolaid that we agonized over trying to pick the perfect colors. Here's Teri, in from KC, prepping her yarn

Everyone and their yarn! Don't we look happy???
And the final presentation of all of our yarns
A fun time was had by all! Thanks to Maryann for feeding us the wonderful food and introducing us to the fun of dyeing. I have a feeling that Knitpicks will soon have some more orders from all of us.
